The space
Located in the Montana2 residence: studio-cabin of 27m2 + 8m2 balcony + private storeroom + private underground parking space (max height 1.80m).
Completely renovated in 2025 "Alpine chalet" style.
Very well equipped: rated 3 stars.
End of stay cleaning is included in the total price.
Linen is not included. You can rent it on the loclinge website in Bagnères de Bigorre (delivery possible to Mongie).
The apartment is located on the 6th floor, facing south. No ski lockers on this floor = no noise.
Studio composition:
- Entrance: large closet/wardrobe and bunk beds (80x190) with storage drawers.
- Bathroom: sink, bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, towel dryer, first aid kit, iron.
- Living room with open kitchen: new rapido sofa bed (double slatted base, very comfortable firm mattress 160x190) + chaise longue, wardrobe, coffee table, sideboard (privatized lower part), television, dishwasher, fridge/mini-freezer, induction hob, oven+microwave, Senséo coffee maker+piston coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, small robot... raclette, fondue, croque-monsieur, board games appliances.
- Separate WC, fire extinguisher.
- Balcony: table + 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs.
- Private wifi connection for accommodation (we do not receive the Free network in the residence).
Sheets and towels NOT provided.
To prepare your bed linen: Anti-mite duvets and pillows (60x60).

This building is the most recent (1997) of the 3 residences in the heart of the La Mongie slopes, located 700m from the village.
Montana is not dilapidated!
50m away you have the shopping mall of the old "Mongie-Tourmalet" residence.
In winter and high summer you will find a Sherpa supermarket, the ESF, ski rental companies, restaurants, games room...)
Don't forget your laundry: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, pot holders, napkins...
Otherwise you can rent sheets, towels and tea towels on the loclinge website in Bagnères de Bigorre.
February/March holidays: weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
NB:
- In winter, the building being located at slope level, it is possible to hear snow groomers, voluntary avalanche triggers, snow cannons... At the end of the afternoon: snowmobiles and snow groomer for discovery walks (pick-up at the foot of the residence)
- In summer, you are in a pastoral area: sounds of cow bells, alpacas, sheep...
(Some storage spaces are privatized).
Guest access
Level 0: direct exterior access on the south side on the "les béarnais" slope and the "Pourteilh, Béarnais and Espade" chairlifts which are below.
Level 1: access to private parking space.
Level 2: private storeroom access.
Level 4: exterior access on the north side, parking entrance and trash cans.
Level 6: access to south-facing accommodation.
Other things to note
Please note that the accommodation has a balcony, bunk beds, games and unsecured cupboards.
You must supervise the children.
