Welcome to our 19th century square farm. Located in a completely renovated farm outbuilding, La Fabrique blends authenticity with modern comfort. We are thrilled to host you in this place full of history and charm.

The accommodation we offer is completely independent, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms and an en-suite shower room.

We live in the old barn next door, but the houses are totally independent and private, so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

Feel right at home by parking directly in your private parking lot next to the cottage. This one has the capacity to park up to 2 cars.

Easy access (5 min. from exit E411). 25 minutes from Brussels, 15 minutes from Namur, 8 minutes from Louvain-la-Neuve, 25 minutes from Charleroi, 2 min. from Gembloux.

Our house is a haven of comfort and convenience, fully equipped to meet all your needs. Appliances and plenty of kitchen utensils will allow you to prepare delicious meals, while children's equipment (bed, high chair, changing mat, etc.) will allow you to travel with peace of mind with your little ones.

A barbecue can be brought to you on request on your terrace for outdoor cooking moments.

As a mother of 3, I am thrilled to say that my dearest dream has finally come true with my husband. We have completed our renovation project of an old farm in La Cense de Baudecet*. *Cense means a small farm and Baudecet is the name of the waterway that gave its name to the hamlet) We are passionate about old bricks, about creating a place where everyone can feel comfortable and good about themselves. The friendliness and warm welcome that emerge from this place are paramount for us. We want everyone to feel at home. Our commitment to Zero Waste is increasingly present in our way of life. Cultivating our permaculture garden and taking care of our animals are an integral part of this process. We are proud to be able to share this way of life with others.
