We live in Rovinj and we never saw another apt. with a view like this. So, this tells you a lot! If climbing to a third floor is not an issue, then look no further! Any window in this penthouse apartment has a million dollar view. The upper floor (living area) overlooks the old town roofs, the islands, the sea and an absolute magical sunset. You will be on top of everything! The bedroom (floor below) has the same view (even from the bed). The kitchen window faces the church tower. Absolute GEM!

The space
There are two floors. First floor: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Second Floor: living area and book reading nook (with sofa bed).

Guest access
Please note that the apartment is in the old town. Pedestrian zone. It cannot be reached by private car.


Parking (optional):
We offer a private parking space outside the city center (about a 20–25 min walk from the apartment). It’s ideal for guests who don’t plan to use their car during their stay.

A comfortable transfer with an electric golf cart from the parking spot to the apartment (and back) is available upon request, at an additional cost.

Please note: both parking and transfer are charged separately.

Other things to note
Please be advised that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Small price to pay for the view you will have.

Please note that you'll have a smart TV but no satellite channels. You can use your Netflix access, youtube and all other internet based apps. There are no satellite channels.
