Our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront townhome is the perfect family vacation spot. Being tucked away on the north end of the strip gives you the ability to enjoy a quiet, peaceful vacation without sacrificing the beauty of what Negril has to offer. Steps away from the beach, our unit is fully airconditioned, with high-speed internet, cable tv, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essentials needed to make your stay amazing. Comfortably sleeping 6 using the pullout couch. 24 H security

The space
Located at the northern most point of the Negril 7 mile beach, at what was formerly known as Point Village Hotel, The townhome is 2 stories with plenty of windows and fans for you to enjoy the beauty of the tropics. Ocean views with a lovely sea breeze and plenty of space for the family to lounge will easily make this your home away from home.

Guest access
Guest will have the entire home to themselves with full access to the private beach, pool, rockpool and tennis courts steps away from the unit. There are some great snorkeling spots around the property so bring your gear and enjoy!
From the south of the property, you can access the the 7 mile beach, take a beautiful walk just past sandals to Boardwalk Village and have some fresh lobster or traditional Jamaican jerk!

Other things to note
The property is located at the northern most point of Negril which means we are about 5 minutes away from the heart of Negril and about 10 minutes away from the West End. We recommend renting a car for easy access to all that Negril has to offer, but if not, local transportation is easily accessible with just a short 2-minute walk to the main road. We can also assist in scheduling taxis for you. There is a Petcom gas station across the street with a mini-mart for snacks and ATMs to access cash. We are a 2 minute drive from the Kool Runnings Water Park and a 15 minute drive from the famous Ricks Café where you have to visit for a spectacular sunset. There are two clothing optional beach resorts to the north and south of the property, but both are easily avoidable and cannot be seen from the unit or the main beach. You will have access to a small clothing optional beach, if interested, to the south of the property which is very private and is separate from the main beach. This is not a worry for children or families as they are not easily accessible unless intended.
