The space
Living room & balcony — The heart of the apartment is the seamless flow between the bright, modern-coastal living room and the all-season balcony — designed as one continuous space with breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Nazaré village.
The balcony features its own dimmable ceiling and wall lighting and collapsible tables. The foldable glass curtains allow you to enjoy it all year round — not just in summer — while also providing a safe, enclosed space for young children.
Main bedroom — Bright and restful, with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a full built-in wardrobe, blackout wooden shutters, a large quiet ceiling fan, and dimmable wall lighting. The corner window frames a stunning ocean view — wake up to the Atlantic and start your day in the best way possible. There is also a dedicated work desk by the corner ocean view window — a truly inspiring spot for remote workers.
Second bedroom — A stylishly designed room with two single beds (90 × 200 cm each) that can be combined into a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a small open closet, blackout wooden shutters, a large quiet ceiling fan, and dimmable wall lighting.
This bedroom is set up when your booking includes more than 2 guests, or upon specific request. Let us know in advance whether you'd prefer two singles or one king.
Kitchen — Fully equipped with Bosch appliances including a dishwasher, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stock basic ingredients for coffee, tea, and cooking, plus cleaning and laundry supplies. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
Bathroom — A beautifully finished bathroom with a glass-enclosed rain shower. A hair dryer is provided, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and other essentials.
Free parking — Free street parking is widely available directly below the building — it's rarely an issue.
Getting in — The apartment is on the 11th floor, served by 2 elevators, and sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 infant. Self check-in via smart lock and keys.
A quick note: the building itself is older and unassuming — but the warmth and charm of the apartment will immediately win you over.
Climate & extras — Central heating in all rooms from November to March, large quiet ceiling fans in both bedrooms for the warmer months, and a clothes drying rack, ironing board, and iron available in the apartment.
There is no air conditioning — Nazaré's Atlantic microclimate keeps things naturally cool for most of the year. That said, evenings can be fresh even in summer, so a light jacket is always a good idea when heading out.
Family friendly — Baby equipment available on request, including a crib with linens, high chair, baby bath and towels, kitchenware, toys, and books. The enclosed balcony also provides an added layer of safety for young children.
Connectivity & entertainment — 500 Mbps 5G Wi-Fi and a 43" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ already signed in and ready to go. A selection of books and board games is also available for cosy nights in.
