Other things to note
🖥️ With our Samsung Smart TVs, you get over 4000 free TV channels (but not any basic or premium cable). You can also stream your own Netflix, Apple+, Youtube TV, Prime Video, and over 1000 other apps for which you have an account.
📫 USPS will not deliver to this house b/c it is a short-term rental, so you should not have anything mailed to it.
🚭 No smoking, vaping, or illicit substances allowed anywhere on property.
🛡️ Safety & Security
* 2 safety cameras are located above each entrance. Each one faces outward, not towards the interior of the house. They can record both audio and video from outside, but not inside, the home.
* Noise monitor under TV captures only noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
* Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off (if accidentally turned on, guest can easily tap microphone icon and lower it to zero). The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.
