Suite on Sanford is private & gorgeous duplex! One level, 1 BD/1BA sizeable garden apartment. Boasts a KING-SIZED bed, raised ceilings and a separate, dedicated entrance. Located on the ground floor of our mid century modern house. Windows in every room bring in natural sunlight. Enclosed, private apartment. No shared entrance, rooms or stairs with hosts. We live in the upstairs unit.

Fully vaccinated hosts live upstairs and go about their day. One host works from home. We use our own private washer/dryer, in an area separate from the apartment. While there are some house sounds, guests enjoy being in a generally peaceful, calm space.

Located in a cared-for, residential neighborhood with organic farmer's market, (when available), nearby restaurants, easy access to major roads and transportation. Enjoy having city access within a relaxing, park-adjacent locale w/ nature trails. Beautiful in all seasons. Perfect spot for unwinding- walking/jogging, biking and birding.

In addition to disinfecting surfaces, we replace high -quality furnace air filters routinely. Also, we shampoo the bedroom carpet and living room area rug before each check in.*

For extended stays, over 21 nights. we schedule and provide routine mid-stay cleaning(s) housekeeping/maintenance in the apartment each month. This includes cleaning bathroom, apartment dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, laundering linens, checking drains and watering plants.

Guest access
An outside security camera is visibly mounted, along the apartment pathway, to maintain safety. Guests have their own entrance and walkway, private use of apartment, and access to herb garden, (when in season). On occasion, you may see hosts outside, maintaining the grounds and handling trash cans. Mail and package delivery are not included. Please ask hosts for details.

Other things to note
Two guests are welcome to book for up to a maximum of 20 days. Longer stays are only available for bookings for one guest. Apartment is in our tranquil, generally peaceful home with house sounds. There is central heat/ac that we can adjust for guest(s) preference, also small outlet space heaters are provided.
