The space
About the home...
Upon entering the front door of the condo you will see the open-concept dining/kitchen space. A large "Nashville" sign set against a flowered wall welcomes you just off the front door entrance.
The stylish dining area is first, with room for 8 at the table. The chef's kitchen includes granite countertops, gas range, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar/island with additional seating for 4.
Under the staircase in the kitchen is a cozy desk area, complete with games and books for all ages.
Just past the kitchen, step down into the living room. With stylish furnishings, large flat-screen cable TV, and access to the outdoor patio via french doors. Outside you will find space for you to relax and cook out on the grill, with two tables and seating for the group.
The upstairs game room has makeup stations, skee-ball, foosball, mini-basketball, and an upright arcade game with several old-school arcade games!
Home sleeps up to 12 guests (guestcount on reservation must be accurate):
The upstairs primary bedroom has 2 king-size beds, with cable TV, plus luxury en-suite bath with dual quartz vanity and tile, oversized walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and skylight. There’s also a study nook with a desk, great for getting some remote work done, or touching up hair and makeup before heading out to Broadway!
In the second upstairs bedroom, you will find two full-size beds. The third upstairs bedroom has 2 queen-size beds with cable TV. Finally, the fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and has two queen beds. (There are also two rollaway beds + air mattresses available.)
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire unit, apart from a locked utility closet.

Every effort is made to ensure advertised amenities are available for guest use, however, no refund will be made in the event of a malfunctioning game or other issue beyond the host’s control. Please let us know immediately of any problems so that we can attempt to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time during your stay. (Absolutely no refund will be made under any circumstance for issues that are not brought to our attention at check-in or when the problem first occurs. We can't fix something when guests do not let us know there is a problem.)
In order to provide a great place for our guests, we are required to enforce certain rules:
***Absolutely no local renters, please. Do not book my property if you reside within 150 miles of Nashville.
***Smoking is NOT allowed. Minimum $500 penalty and extra cleaning fees will be charged.
***No pets are allowed on the property at any time.
***Outdoor cameras are not allowed to be disconnected or unplugged at any time. Doing so will result in penalties and could result in cancellation of your reservation without notice and without refund.
***Accurate guestcount is required. No additional guests are allowed on the property at any time.
***No parties or gatherings are allowed (at any short-term rentals within Nashville/Davidson County).
Violations will result in immediate cancellations, with penalties to the guests, and no refund may be given.
Nashville/Davidson County has very strict county-wide regulations for vacation (STR) rentals. Only up to 4 bedrooms and up to 12 guests are allowed. Anyone advertising/listing/renting more than 4 bedrooms and/or allowing more than 12 guests is operating illegally.
