Boasting 3,000 sqft of living space there is plenty of room for groups and families. Spacious decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors looking out to downtown! A great place to work from home or unwind before sight seeing!

The space
The house is gorgeous and spacious. All 4 rooms have full body mirrors. The master has a walk in closet, rain head shower, and a relaxing 6 ft freestanding soaking tub.

The home offers upscale amenities such a gas range and fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in the shared spaces, large closets, and much more. Who doesn't want to spend the evening on our spacious deck overlooking the Nashville skyline?

This is a family neighborhood and as hosts we want to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. There is a city ordinance of quiet hours beginning at 10pm and we ask for our guests to keep that in mind while enjoying the outdoor spaces of the home.

Also unless express permission has been given, there should be no cooking or grilling on the decks.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a family neighborhood and there's a beautiful park across the street. But it's the closest to downtown you can get. The gulch skyscrapers are literally at the end of the street! Staying here you get the best of both worlds, walking distance to all the fun bars but a quiet place to come back to and rest!
