KITCHEN & DINING
The home features a gorgeous kitchen and a wide-open living room on the 2nd floor. For those who love to cook, this is a fully stocked chef's paradise. There is a gas (propane) grill outside the kitchen on the Skydeck. You can enjoy the city view while cooking or enjoy the food right on the deck. There is also a Kitchenette on the rooftop, with a 2nd gas grill. Lastly there is a large dinner table on the rooftop for the group.

BATHROOMS
Most of the bathrooms have single vanity and soaking tub.. Master bedroom’s bathroom has double vanities and glass shower. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath and hand towels, washcloths, cosmetic towels, and floor mats to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find hairdryers, makeup mirrors in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoos, conditioners, and body wash.

LOCATION
You can't beat the location. There are so many dining and shopping options within walking distance! Lower Broadway is a 5 minute Uber ride or 20-minute walk. Germantown is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute Uber ride. Germantown has some of my favorite places to eat and drink like O-Ku Sushi, Butchertown Hall, The Optimist, Monell's, Rolf and Daughters, and more.

Guests have access to the entire town home with private entrance, roof top with beautiful views, garage, and off-street parking.
Each guest is given a unique key code prior to check in time. Our keyless entry offers guests a higher level of security and more convenience without having to meet us for check-in/exchange keys at any certain time.
We will also provide guest a garage code if you have cars.

Other things to note
We're happy to offer off-street parking in back, which has room for two or more cars. Be mindful not to block the traffic for the neighbors. We have a 14-50 NEMA plug in the garage for EV -- just bring your cable.

Nashville is a thriving metropolitan city with incredible character and personality. Please be thoughtful of your safety when traveling! As you would with any major city, don't forget to take any valuables out of your car and keep the home doors locked.

There are a lot stairs for this townhome so be mindful when booking.

As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you`ll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening all across the city. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this and we'll be happy to update you with the latest info...
