Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with two living areas, arcade games, a trampoline and soccer goals, it offers a peaceful escape just minutes from Katoomba and Leura.
The space
The home is arranged across two spacious levels, giving larger families and groups the freedom to gather together or enjoy time in separate areas.
Upstairs, the open-plan living room is the heart of the home. Light the wood fireplace, settle into the comfortable lounge and enjoy uninterrupted views across the Blue Mountains National Park and Megalong Valley. A Smart TV is available for relaxed evenings, although the changing mountain scenery may be all the entertainment you need.
Glass doors open onto the west-facing balcony, where you can sit with a drink and watch a beautiful Blue Mountains sunset. A second east-facing balcony off the kitchen provides a peaceful place for morning coffee or an outdoor meal surrounded by trees and birdlife.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home. The upstairs dining table seats all eight guests together, making it easy to enjoy long breakfasts, family dinners and conversations that continue well into the evening.
Bedrooms
Four comfortable bedrooms provide restful spaces at the end of the day:
• Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, heater, built-in wardrobe and peaceful garden outlook.
• Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, air-conditioning, mountain views and direct balcony access.
• Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and leafy views.
• Bedroom 4 is a generous 35-square-metre retreat with a queen bed, double sofa bed, air-conditioning, gas fireplace, 75-inch Smart TV, children’s toys and direct access to the large deck.
Quality cotton linen and electric blankets are provided to keep guests warm and comfortable during cool mountain nights.
Downstairs living and entertainment
The spacious downstairs living area gives children, teenagers or another part of the group their own place to relax. It includes comfortable seating, air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, retro PlayStation and an NBA Jam arcade machine for up to four players.
The room also has a double sofa bed and can provide an additional sleeping area when required. A kitchenette with a second fridge, tea and coffee facilities, toaster and dining table adds extra convenience.
Bathrooms and laundry
The upstairs bathroom features a shower over the bathtub and one of the home’s most memorable surprises - a beautiful mountain view.
A second bathroom downstairs has a walk-in shower, making the house practical for larger groups. The internal laundry includes a washing machine and two dryers, which is especially useful for families and longer stays.
Outdoor living
The large downstairs deck is made for relaxed afternoons and meals in the fresh mountain air. Cook together on the six-burner gas BBQ and gather around the outdoor dining table, which seats up to eight guests.
Children have plenty of room to play in the expansive garden, with an oversized trampoline, soccer goals and open lawn. The property is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged family member can join the mountain escape.

We are pet friendly. We welcome dogs. Please kindly note they should be supervised at all times while in the house. Our property is not fenced, however, the large east facing balcony is fenced and pets can be left there when you go out.
The house sits on over 2500m2 of land with many trees. There can be twigs, and leaves on the grounds especially if has been a bit of awind blowing.
