Our main kitchen has gas stove, downdraft exhaust, microwave, ref, rice cooker, and water dispenser (drinking water provided).
Tableware, cookware, bathroom tissue, paper towel, new dishwashing sponge and dishwashing liquid are all provided.
Our rooms have complete beddings, these are blankets, pillows and bedsheets and bath towels. We also provide bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and other toiletries
ALL bedrooms are with own toilet and bath.
PARKING SPACE
Our gated parking area has the capacity to hold up to 10 cars.
Please be informed that our property is situated 21 steps below ground level, making it inaccessible for people using wheelchairs. Guests should be prepared for downhill walking and the presence of stairs on the area. Therefore, we do not recommend our place for individuals with walking disabilities.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please remember to bring insect repellent. Nang Ayat is surrounded by nature, and while the insects are harmless, they are more active during the evening hours.
Guest access
WHOLE PROPERTY (with the exception of our Staff House). There will be up to 6 bedrooms available for use, as well as fully functional kitchen, dining and family area, game room and gated parking space that can accommodate up to 10 cars.
Children aged 5 and below stay free of charge, limited to a maximum of 3. Any number beyond 3, as well as children aged 5 and above, will be included in the headcount.
We can accommodate a maximum of 30 pax. We are charging additional Php1,000 per head in excess of 10 pax.
Helpers and drivers are included in the headcount.

This covers the ff:
- Invited guests by our booked guests who are not staying overnight. These guests may stay up to 10pm only. Beyond 10pm, they are already considered as additional overnight guest.
Early check-in/Late check out is allowed subject to availability, at P3000 per hour.
* NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS PLEASE. We have the right to deny accommodation with no refund should you fail to comply with the accurate guest count.
PET POLICY
Only trained and small pets are allowed for a fee of Php 1000/pet. Pets are required to wear diapers at all times while on premises. While we’d love to accommodate larger pets too, our space and furniture are not designed for them.
Please note that there is P1500 deep cleaning fee charged per stay.
Kindly note that a maximum of 4 pets is permitted per stay.
Other things to note
Fresh linen, toilet paper, towels and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion will be provided.
Ice and charcoal are NOT provided, as well as condiments for cooking.
Beddings and blankets are provided based on the booked guests.
Stained linens will be penalized with Php400/item. These are bedsheets, mattresses, mattress protectors, towels, pillowcases, blankets, curtains, etc.
Vandalizing on walls and other furniture is prohibited. Guests will be charged accordingly.
Important Note:
Please remember to bring insect repellent, as Nang Ayat is surrounded by lush trees and plants. While these insects are generally harmless, they may be more noticeable at night.
