PANORAMIC VIEWS W/ PRIVACY! Luxury Log Cabin-3BR/3BA-Kid & Pet friendly-Nearby Waterfalls/Hikes-Peaceful&Tranquil!
Our 3BR, 3BA log cabin sits on 13+acres atop the mountain with unobstructed views from the open-concept living room, spacious kitchen, and two porch decks with outdoor seating and a brand new hot tub that is professionally maintained and cleaned.
The main level features a large kitchen with a dining table + extra bar seating. The large living room has panoramic windows facing the mountains with a separate seating area, cozy reading nook with books, and sectional couch facing the wood-burning fireplace and OLED TV.
A separate kids play area is off the kitchen for the little ones, as is a dresser stocked with board games for inside fun. The master bedroom is on the main level with a large master bathroom (steam shower, jetted tub, his and her vanities). The loft bathroom is also on the main level, as is the main-level laundry room.
The loft is upstairs, open to the large common area with a queen bed. Off the loft you'll find a separate small deck with a covered porch, to enjoy those mornings with nature overlooking the firepit, beautiful trees, and fenced-in backyard.
The basement is complete with oversized bedroom, bathroom, as well as a complete gameroom (pool table, air hockey, pacman, foosball, skee-ball, golden tee, X-men arcade, dartboard) . Queen Sleeper Sofa with an upgraded mattress has recently been added in the gameroom for extra sleeping space! The bedroom has two sets of bunks (twin xl/queen and queen/queen) and a second laundry room is attached.
High-speed internet. DirecTv on both OLED TVs! Pet Fee Applies.
Extra Information about the house:
- The HOT TUB is professionally maintained by a local company
- The propane grill site on the large front porch with plenty of outdoor seating. Propane is provided.
- The fire pit is in the backyard with Adirondack chair seating. Firewood provided!
- The yard is fenced for your furry friends and we are pet friendly! A pet fee of $150 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet applies.
Winter Weather Warning (Please read if traveling during winter months):
We’d love for you to visit us on the mountain. The last mile to the house is mostly level gravel road, but the driveway is asphalt. However, it is steep. 2WD is perfectly fine for all times of the year, with the exception of snow showers and freezing rain.
Since we cannot predict these events, we recommend extreme caution and 4WD if these events are likely to occur. Your safety is our top priority, so we will do everything we can if these events occur unexpectedly.
The HOA is responsible for clearing the roads to the house, but we cannot guarantee immediate clearing. However, we will do our best with local contacts (quick service on the mountain can be difficult).
Please feel free to reach out with any questions or for clarification. We will do our best to keep tabs on the weather and communicate this to our guests, but ask you do the same.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Other things to note
Our cabin is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay by a professional cleaning service. We love our cleaning crew and if you look at our guest reviews, our guests have mentioned them frequently!
Our cleaning crew offers a grocery delivery service upon arrival (extra fees apply) if that is something you are interested in!
We do provide firewood for the fireplace and firepit as well as propane for the outdoor grill. Extra propane in the garage in case it runs out during your stay.
The Basement Gameroom has a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress.
We are pet friendly:-) Fee is $150 for the first pet and $100 for each additional. This will be requested as an extra fee and is used to keep our house in pristine/clean shape! Please do not leave pets unattended in the house.
The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics for enjoying coffee in the morning and cooking. Coffee pot, coffee, cream and sugar individuals (to get you by for a couple days), as well as pots/pans, utensils, dishes, pyrex, a big Berkey water filter, air fryer, toaster, blender, electric water kettle, and other standard kitchen appliances are available. We provide salt, pepper, and cooking oil, but recommend that you bring the specific things you need to make your recipes, such as spices, etc. Or, reach out with any needs or questions you have! If we are low on supplies, we would appreciate the feedback.
A high chair and pack n play are also available. Please reach out if you are traveling with an infant or small child, as we may have other items to help you pack and travel lighter.
Rosman is centrally located: 15 minutes to Brevard and < 1 hr from Asheville, The Highlands, and Ski Resorts. Short drive to Lake Jocasse and Lake Toxaway and close proximity to fishing, hiking, camping, and more!
Security cameras are in place, but only cover the exterior of the property. These include the front, sides, and rear of the property, including a doorbell camera. They DO NOT cover any interior part of the house nor the hot tub area to protect your privacy. They are always on and recording and serve to protect the property and your safety/privacy.
