Nestled in the back of a one acre lot, next to several neighborhood associations and gated communities. Private drive and parking right out front.

Portable ramps for outside entrance (upon request), 36" wide entry door, 32" inside doorways and no thresholds inside the apartment.

Nana’s Place was actually built for Todd’s mom, Nana (Mary Carolyn) Butler, whose health was failing. The plan was to ‘eventually’ turn it into an Air BnB for extra income when we retire. She was really looking forward to being closer to family and we were looking forward to having her closer. Unfortunately, she passed away before the houses were completed, so we decided to commemorate her and name our Air BnB, Nana’s Place. Nana was always one to see the good and the positive in any situation, and we have tried to foster that outlook in our decorating. We’ve blended some of her favorite things with amenities that, for us at least, encourage positive thinking. We both thoroughly enjoy Northwest Arkansas. Having moved here separately in 1991, we have watched the area grow and flourish during that time. We met in 2004, and the rest, as they say “is history”. We enjoy riding motorcycles (I’m just a passenger:), hiking, plays, museums, history, boating, music, fishing, being outdoors...just about anything that is readily prevalent in Northeast Arkansas, and realize that we are blessed to be here. We are fortunate to have most of our family close, and enjoy big gatherings and holidays with our kids, their kids and our siblings. We have three children between us and I have a step son that we consider our own. We also have 6 incredible grandkids via our beautiful children! Nana also was passionate about her grandkids. We’ve tried to make our space very kid friendly with high chair, books, plastic cups, etc.
