Consisting of a farmhouse and former stables, it offers 2 independent housing units, perfect to accommodate several families or friends. Enjoy the tranquility of the large garden with its barbecue, as well as its swimming pool with breathtaking views of the valley. Unforgettable evenings thanks to our giant screen with projector. A haven of peace, quiet, and greenery.

The space
Come and discover our beautiful cottage, where authenticity meets modern comforts. The logistical unit, tastefully decorated, offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for relaxing moments with family or friends. The old stables, right next door, have a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a large living room of 50m² for moments of conviviality around a large table. And for movie nights at home, a giant 3m screen will allow you to project your favorite movies (Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ available) or connect via your phone to project videos.

For remote workers, no worries, all rooms are equipped with Ethernet sockets for a fast connection.

And for a unique gastronomic experience, pizza evenings can be organized (at extra cost) in an authentic wood-fired bread oven under a beautiful covered terrace overlooking our permaculture vegetable garden!

You will be welcomed in our charming cottage, where you can relax and recharge your batteries in a peaceful and green setting. We live in the old barn right next door, but the houses are totally independent and private, so you can enjoy your stay in peace.

You will immediately feel at home by taking the access road that leads to your private parking at the back of the farm. This one has the capacity to park up to 6 cars.

A large private garden, a terrace with 360° views of nature, an orchard with chickens that walk freely, a shared garden of 1 hectare with hut on stilts, trampoline... this is the exceptional environment that we offer for young and old! A real disconnection.

The cherry on the cake is exclusive access to the outdoor heated pool (May - September) . The safety gate and the closed solar shutter when the pool is not in use guarantee the safety of everyone, especially children, so that you can immerse yourself in the water and cool off in peace.

Easy access (5 min. from exit E411). 25 minutes from Brussels, 15 minutes Namur, 8 minutes from Leuven la Neuve, 25 minutes. Charleroi, 2 min. from Gembloux.

Other things to note
Our house is a real haven of comfort and convenience, fully equipped to meet all your needs. Plenty of appliances and kitchen utensils will allow you to prepare delicious meals, while children's equipment (bed, high chair, changing mattress, etc.) will allow you to travel with your little ones in complete serenity.

You can also have fun with books, board games, and even a guitar available. And to top it all off, an exceptional barbecue/plancha with wood "OFYR" awaits you on the terrace for pleasant cooking moments outdoors.

We have completed our renovation project of an old farm in La Cense de Baudecet*. *Cense means a small farm and Baudecet is the name of the waterway that gave its name to the hamlet) We are passionate about old bricks, about creating a place where everyone can feel comfortable and good about themselves.
