Escape to Naj Ba'alam, an oceanfront home on a nearly untouched beach just minutes from Puerto Escondido. Wake up to spectacular Pacific sunrises, relax on the terrace listening to the waves, and enjoy star-filled nights. During the season, you may spot dolphins, whales, or sea turtles right in front of the house. Located in Rancho Neptuno, near La Punta and Zicatela, it offers the perfect blend of nature, privacy, and easy access to restaurants, surfing, and local life.
The space
The accommodation
The villa features 4 ocean-view bedrooms, each with a private terrace equipped with two comfortable chairs and a hammock, perfect for relaxing with the Pacific breeze.
Each bedroom includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom, workspace, small sitting area, and safe. Two of the bedrooms also feature a 55” TV with integrated Roku TV.
The house can accommodate up to 14 guests. For groups of 12 or more guests, an additional bungalow located at the entrance of the property is made available. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, workspace within the bedroom, and a 55” TV with Roku TV.
Daily housekeeping and airport transportation are included (one arrival transfer and one departure transfer per reservation). Kindly share your flight details in advance so we can coordinate the service.
We can also take care of grocery shopping prior to your arrival. Simply share your list in advance and everything (upon availability) will be ready for you to enjoy your stay from the very first moment. Groceries are charged separately.
If you wish, you can enhance your experience with a private cook or professional chef during your stay (available at an additional cost).

The house is designed to fully enjoy outdoor living:

Garden palapa, ideal for setting up a dining table for up to 8 guests — perfect for outdoor breakfasts, meals, or ocean-side massages.
Swimming pool (8.5 × 4 m) with 1.4 m depth.
4 lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool.
The house also offers several entertainment options for guests to enjoy during their stay:

• TV in the common living area.
• High-definition projector, perfect for movie nights.
• Badminton net that can be set up on the lawn, with rackets and shuttlecocks included.
Guest access
You may enjoy the entire property during your stay.
The number of bedrooms available depends on the size of your group:
1–4 guests: 2 bedrooms.
5–6 guests: 3 bedrooms.
7–11 guests: 4 bedrooms in the main house
12 guests or more: 4 bedrooms + additional bungalow.
All bedrooms are fully equipped with their respective amenities.
