Naj Baalam—"Jaguar House" in Mayan—is located on a pristine beach in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. It is the ideal spot for families seeking comfort and privacy without sacrificing easy access to the amenities of La Punta Zicatela or Rinconada. Enjoy the private pool, the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the villa's terrace, and starry nights; with a little luck, you might even spot dolphins, whales, and turtles.

The villa features 4 ocean-view bedrooms, each with a private terrace equipped with two comfortable chairs and a hammock, perfect for relaxing with the Pacific breeze.
Each bedroom includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom, workspace, small sitting area, and safe. Two of the bedrooms also feature a 55” TV with integrated Roku TV.
The house can accommodate up to 14 guests. For groups of 12 or more guests, an additional bungalow located at the entrance of the property is made available. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, workspace within the bedroom, and a 55” TV with Roku TV.
Daily housekeeping, local chef, and airport transportation are included (one arrival transfer and one departure transfer per reservation). Kindly share your flight details in advance so we can coordinate the service.
We can also take care of grocery shopping prior to your arrival. Simply share your list in advance and everything (upon availability) will be ready for you to enjoy your stay from the very first moment. Groceries are charged separately.
If you wish, you can enhance your experience with a professional chef during your stay (available at an additional cost).
