The space
The N#34 is a townhouse located in the heart of the Belle de Mai district, a popular and bohemian district located a stone's throw from the city center between the Saint Charles train station, the Friche de la Belle de Mai and the quays of the Joliette.

You stay immersed in an art gallery dedicated to arts and cultures (permanent exhibition) and enjoy in the stay a temporary collection that we renew every 3 months in partnership with local artists.

Three bedrooms with three different atmospheres, each equipped with a double bed (140*200).

On the top floor a loggia set up as a garden. A perfect place to relax and have an aperitif.

The gardens of the Levât convent are right next door, ideal for a picnic. In the morning you will sometimes hear a rooster singing!

The entire house is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
