My Suite BnB is furnished condo unit with Scandinavian themed living room and city view balcony that meant to invite you in a cozy and comforting luxury staycation.
Located at The Grass Residences Tower 2, with exclusive connecting bridge to and from SM North Edsa Quezon City.
Note: Minimum of 2 nights to book our unit.
The space
With our scandinavian themed living room and city view at the balcony, our unit will surely give you a cozy and relaxing stay with your family, friends or love ones.
Convinience in terms of basic needs, such as, kitchen needs for cooking, snacks, drinks and home cinema for entertainment.

* Split type dual inverter airconditioning
* 50 inches Smart TV w/ bluetooth home theater speakers - Netflix ready.
* 50mbps unli fiber internet
* Hot & cold shower and hair dryer
* Queen size bed (4 inch mattress) with comforter
* Complete kitchenware for cooking: Refrigerator, Rice cooker, Microwave oven, Induction cooker, range hood, plates, mugs, glasses, utensils, and cookware etc.
* Dining table
* We only provide 2 towels and 4 pair of slippers for the whole stay.
* Mini office (Nordic laptop table and chair)
* Double size air bed (for extra pax)
* Hanging table and stools at the balcony in artificial grass (City view).
* Karaoke speaker with 2 wireless mic.

Amenities you can avail:
- Adult and kiddie pool (150 php per pax. Pool for guests are at tower 2 and 3 only). Payment upon check in
- Main club house with function room
- Childrens play area (free access)
- Fitness gym (150 phpper pax). Payment upon check in
- Cabanas
- Landscape garden
- For reservation, Badminton (150 php) and basketball court (150 php)
- Jogging paths
- Pay parking for Cars: 60 PHP for the 1st 2 hours, 40 PHP every succeeding hours) LIMITED SLOTS, 1st come 1st serve basis.
-Pay parking for motor cycle: 60 PHP flat rate.
- Small restaurants, spa, convient store, bakery are available at tower 4 and 5.
