The apartment has been completely refurbished. Includes two comfortable bedrooms and a large living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with walk-in showers and glass doors, a terrace with a table, and a large garden with a private pool equipped with deck chairs, chairs, and an umbrella, exclusively reserved for your use.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-story building, with one apartment per floor, and has a high-speed fiber WiFi connection and IPTV.

It's your responsibility to communicate the Internal Regulations to each member of your booking party:
1. In accordance with Moroccan law, each guest in your booking party must present their passport or CIN and complete an information form.
2. It is forbidden to accommodate people outside of your booking group in the accommodation.
3. No parties are allowed in the listing or causing noise disturbances that may disturb the tranquility of the residence and neighbors.
4. This accommodation is non-smoking. No smoking is allowed inside the listing
5. Hours when quiet must be respected: from 11 pm in the evening until 8 am in the morning.
6. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the host reserves the right to terminate your reservation without refund.
In the event of a serious accident or death in the accommodation, regardless of the causes and circumstances, the Owner cannot be held responsible and the tenants waive their right to lodge a complaint or to request repairs or compensation from the Owner.
