The space
A furnished studio unit in Tambuli Seaside Resort & spa, located in tower C on the 6th floor. It has a floor area of 36.5sqm, comes with balcony facing the sea and offers a sea view.
Furnished with 1-queen size bed, 2-seater sofa bed, floor mattress, split-type air-condition unit, 43" Smart TV, Netflix Ready, 200mbps WIFI FIBERLINE, CIGNAL CABLE, refrigerator, Microwave, Washing machine, electric stove top where you can cook, Electric Kettle, hot and Cold Shower, Iron with iron board and Hair Dryer.

To ensure a smooth and relaxing stay, please take a moment to carefully read the following guest access details. This will help avoid any confusion and set the right expectations for your visit—so you can focus on kicking back and enjoying every moment.
Rate Inclusions & Stay Details:
• Minimum Stay: 3 Days / 2 Nights
• Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Allowed subject to space availability
Guest Capacity : maximum 4 guest
Sleeping Arrangements:
Our space is ideal for 2 guests, but can accommodate up to 4 guests with the following updated setup:
• 1 Queen-Size Bed – sleeps 2 guests
• 1 Brand-New 2-Seater Sofa Bed – sleeps 1 guest
• 1 Brand-New Single Floor Mattress – sleeps 1 guest

Housekeeping & Amenities:
• ROUTINE cleaning, linen and towel replacement are not included but available upon request and subject for a fee.
• Complimentary drinking water , shampoo and body wash are provided once during your stay.
Pool Access:
• Free use of the Condo Lap Pool (between Towers A & B) for up to 4 guests
• Registration required at the building lobby before pool use. A Swimming Pool Logbook from the Pool attendant shall be filled up by the swimmer
prior to the actual swimming.
• Extra guests beyond 4: ₱350/person, limited to 10 pax only.
• Registration will be on a daily basis, no reservations will be entertained.
• Pool Hours: 7:00AM – 6:00 PM
• Pool Closure: Every Wednesday for weekly preventive maintenance.
Swimwear:
• Proper swimming attire is mandatory. Not allowed are cotton, denims and metal
materials.
• The Property Management Office or the Pool attendant reserves the right to refuse pool
usage to those who are not in proper swimming attire.
✅ Guests will receive check-in and check-out instructions and house rules prior to their arrival to ensure a smooth and convenient experience. We do not charge a cleaning fee in our nightly rate, so your help in keeping the space tidy is greatly appreciated ❤️.

TAMBULI SEASIDE RESORT AND SPA is open to Tambuli guests. You’re welcome to enter or scroll the resort and enjoy the beachside area, but please note that using the resort amenities has a pay, it requires a day use pass or privilege voucher from unit owners.
Option 1: Day Use
Rates:
✅Weekdays: ₱1,800 per person (₱1,100 food consumable)
Children (4-12 years old): 50% discount with P550 worth of food consumable Children 3 years old & below is Free
✅Weekends and Holidays: ₱2,000 per person (includes lunch buffet)
Children (4-12 years old): 50% discount Children 3 years old & below is Free
Pay directly to Tambuli Resort front desk.

• Complimentary use of identified swimming facilities from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
• Complimentary use of locker and changing rooms.
• Complimentary use of towels
• 30 minutes use of non-motorized water sports facility.
• Usage of both amenities is as Per Day Use and Per Guest only, and is not allowed to use it on the next day.
• Subject to availability
Option 2: Voucher (Pre-Booking Required) A budget-friendly option Rate: ₱900 per person, per day (for ages 4 and above), Children (3 years old & below - Free). Food Not Included.

Option 3: Assignment of Owners Privilege for a Fee (By special arrangement only).

• Complimentary Use of identified swimming facilities from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Throughout your Stay, up to 3 adults and 4 kids below 10 years old only, and such access is not assignable or transferrable to other person /persons.
• Free Use of Gym subject to terms and conditions
• Complimentary use of locker and changing rooms.
• Complimentary use of towels

*You can order groceries and food through Grab or Food panda, but please note that deliveries must be picked up at the lobby, as drivers are not permitted to go upstairs.
*The lobby security guard can assist with arranging taxis, but we recommend using Grab.
*Other things to note Building Management policy - each guests is required to provide a copy of their valid identification to the host after booking is confirmed.
Other things to note
* Guests should respect other unit tenants and guests and minimize noise while their stay. Any immediate concerns can be raised by contacting the host.
* Guest should avoid excessively loud noise and sounds after 10 pm. This is to ensure that we don't disturb Guests on the other units.
* No eating in the beds and couch to ensure the bed sheets, comforters and mattress would not be stained or damaged. Otherwise, damaged or stained items will be charged to the guest.
* No smoking inside the condo and on the balcony. They have designated smoking areas, just ask assistance from the guard in the lobby.
* Do not leave the key in the lobby or to the guard. You must bring your key anywhere with you. Personal items and belongings are responsibility of the guest. Lost key will be charged PHP 1000. You must surrender the key upon checkout to the host.
• The host is not responsible for temporary outages of water, electricity, or internet.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings unless damage is due to host negligence.
• The host is not liable for issues caused by natural disasters or events beyond control.
• Noise or disturbances from neighbors, construction, or external sources are outside the host’s responsibility.
