This beautifully designed 1-bedroom apartment is located on the highest floor in Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, offering stunning city views. Situated in the city centre, it’s just steps from LRT, MRT, monorail, and intercity bus stations, as well as Bukit Bintang’s vibrant food, lifestyle, and fashion spots. Fully furnished and spacious, the apartment is perfect for couples or solo travellers, providing the comfort of home for work or vacation stays.

The space
his fully furnished unit comes with all the essentials—cooking utensils, pots, and plates—so you can easily enjoy a simple meal at home. Step out onto the small balcony to take in unobstructed views of the KL skyline and PNB 118 from the highest floor, offering a serene atmosphere at night. Soundproof windows ensure a peaceful sleep, while our fast 100 Mbps WiFi makes it perfect for work or streaming.

All the facility at level 6 and 7 can be used by guests.

Other things to note
1. Check-in is at 3 pm and checks out is by noon. If you are arriving slightly early or wanted to extend check out time, it should be fine. But please inform us and check with us first.

2. We do not allow smoking inside the house or will be charge RM300. Please be informed we have a zero drug policy on illicit drugs.

3. Party is not allowed. No screaming or loud noises. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.

4. Before leaving, we ask your kind cooperation to put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels on the table outside the toilet.

5. We understand accidents happen, but please do inform us early. Chances are it can be fixed effortlessly without causing any additional charges.

6. No additional guest inside the house other than stated in original reservations. We want to inform the guest that we have a strict policy on this matter.

7. Kuala Lumpur city ordinance quiet hours to be set at 12 am-7 am.

8. If there is a maintenance issue, we reserve the right to enter the property without prior notice.

9. We provide 2 assess card and keys per unit for our guest convenience. Please take care of the card as any losses are subject to an RM200 charge.

10. Other than that, please enjoy your stay and have fun! Enjoy KL!
