The space
This bright and spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is perfect for 2 adults and 1 child, or up to 3 guests. Step out onto the high-ceiling balcony and enjoy stunning KL skyline and pool views, perfect for relaxing or taking in the city lights. Whip up simple meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the open, airy layout that gives everyone plenty of space. With fast 100 Mbps WiFi, you can work, play, or stream with ease!

Guest access
Guest can enjoy all the facilities at The Robertson KL. But some facilities require early booking at The Robertson concierge located at the main lobby entrance (during office hours).

Other things to note
1. Check-in is at 3 pm and checks out is by noon. If you are arriving slightly early or wanted to extend check out time, it should be fine. But please inform us and check with us first.

2. We do not allow smoking inside the house or will be charge RM300. Please be informed we have a zero drug policy on illicit drugs.

3. Party is not allowed. No screaming or loud noises. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.

4. Before leaving, we ask your kind cooperation to put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels on the table outside the toilet.

5. We understand accidents happen, but please do inform us early. Chances are it can be fixed effortlessly without causing any additional charges.

6. No additional guest inside the house other than stated in original reservations. We want to inform the guest that we have a strict policy on this matter.

7. Kuala Lumpur city ordinance quiet hours to be set at 12 am-7 am.

8. If there is a maintenance issue, we reserve the right to enter the property without prior notice.

9. We provide 2 assess card and keys per unit for our guest convenience. Please take care of the card as any losses are subject to an RM200 charge.

10. Other than that, please enjoy your stay and have fun! Enjoy KL!

The condominium comes with high ceiling balcony that lets you enjoy the KL skyline at night. This condominium is near to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor where there is an open space foodcourt. There is a bus station in front of Berjaya time square that you can take to go to Genting Highland. There is also a convenient store, 7-eleven, mamak food store right in from of the condo.
