Come and stay at MyCapD'Agde, a 3★ apartment (2022) of 41 m² with every comfort, on the ground floor in a quiet, well-maintained and secure residence with private parking. Direct access to La Roquille beach (fine sand) through a secure gate (250 m). Frédéric, our concierge, his team, as well as ourselves, Anne and Sébastien, remain available to make your stay pleasant and serene.
The space
🏖️ A comfortable apartment, renovated and designed for your well-being
Our 2-room apartment + cabin, completely renovated in 2019, offers a space of 41 m² ideal for families or stays with friends. It can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to recent and comfortable bedding.
Night 🛏️ side
Master bedroom: double bed (160 x 200, replaced in October 2024), TV, large closet and accent furniture (added at the end of 2025).
Closed cabin: equipped with a door and a window, it includes bunk beds (70 x 190) – the upper bed is reserved for children over 6 years old.
Living room: sofa bed (130 x 190, purchased in 2021) for extra sleeping space.
Each bed has a duvet, a pillow with protection and a mattress protector. The windows are equipped with roller shutters for complete darkness or soft light, and mosquito nets were added in late 2023 in the bedrooms.
🍳 A modern, functional kitchen
You will find everything you need to cook as if you were at home: Monsieur Cuisine, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, raclette/crepe maker, and all the equipment to prepare good breakfasts or friendly meals.
🚿 Bathroom & Amenities
The shower area has been completely renovated, with a separate toilet (to be replaced in 2026) for added convenience. A new washing machine and dryer (replaced in October 2023) are at your disposal.
👶 For families
We have everything planned to accommodate the little ones: baby bed, highchair, baby bath, potty, toilet reducer and adapted cutlery. The baby bed can be installed in either bedroom (see photos).
🎮 Leisure & connectivity
You will enjoy 2 Smart TVs (in the bedroom and living room), board games (Power 4, Monopoly, Yellow Dwarf, etc.) and a very high-speed fiber Wi-Fi connection.
🌞 Outside Space
The exterior of about 20 m² will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun around a WEBER barbecue (installed at the end of 2025). The old concrete barbecue will be removed in March 2026 to free up more space.
We also provide you with:
Chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys (buckets, shovels, petanque balls, etc.). 2 lounge chairs (purchased in 2026) for relaxing in the courtyard.

🧺 Linens & services
Bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcase) and 4 towels (70 x 140) are provided by our concierge Frédéric. They are placed directly on the beds upon arrival, guaranteeing cleanliness and comfort.
Frédéric also takes care of the cleaning and the inventory after your departure (€50 package).
Guest access
Please note that key collection is done in an independent concierge, open 24/7, located 900 m from the apartment.
For parking, you have a private parking space in the residence. There is also free street parking in front of the residence. Within walking distance, there is a bus stop with line 4 to go to the station and line 11 (only in summer) to go to the different beaches of Cape Town.
