Other things to note
By entering the premises you consent to have read and understand the following house rules:

1. The location can fit 15 comfortably. For additional guests above 15 pax, there will be a fee of PHP 500 per overnight guest and PHP 250 per visiting day/ guest per day. Please inform us if you will be bringing more than 15 guests. There is also a fee of PHP 200 per pet.
2. Clean up after your pets.
3. Check-in is at 2PM and check-out is at 12PM
4. Quiet times is between 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in respect to the neighbors. No shouting, no loud singing, no loud conversation during this period.
5. No roaming/ standby outside of the venue after 11PM.
7. Throw away trash in the trashcan, wash all the dishes and keep the area clean before check-out.
8. Do not leave minors unattended in the swimming pool area.
9. No smoking infoors or on the synthetic grass. You may smoke at the designated area.
10. Any broken, damaged, or missing items to the property will be charged to you.
11. No fireworks, no bonfires, no firearms, and no drugs on the premises.
12. No picking of plants
13. Do not move the TV from its place.
14. Park your vehicle/s on only 1 side of the road.
