• 24/7 estate generator + inverter powers Wi-Fi, lights, sockets, and TV
• AC, microwave, kettle & cooker run on main power only.
• Due to the significant rise in electricity costs in Nigeria, each stay includes a daily power allowance of 20 kWh, based on normal and comfortable guest usage.
If usage exceeds the daily allowance, additional consumption is charged at ₦460 per extra kWh and settled at checkout. Power remains fully connected at all times with no interruptions or cutoffs.
There is meter that allows you to monitor usage in real time. Most guests stay comfortably within the included allowance, especially by switching off AC units in rooms not being used or whenever leaving the apartment.
