Welcome to "Mountain Oasis Cabin - Sevierville" ! This beautiful cabin offers a family friendly tranquil retreat nestled within Sevierville's central hub.
This spacious property spans 3000+ sq ft, providing ample space for unwinding and finding serenity in its peaceful ambience. It can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 6 kids/teenagers. There's also a queen sleeper sofa available in the living room as additional bed if needed for 2 persons.

With five bedrooms spread across two levels, guests can enjoy privacy and relaxation. The outdoor area boasts extensive decks, perfect for enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee or sharing a meal with loved ones. The large 6-person hot tub invites rejuvenation, while the vibrant birdlife and breathtaking mountain views create a picturesque setting. Surrounded by lush green lawns, Mountain Oasis ensures a blissful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Enter the cabin from the covered porch past a vaulted living area with a Gas Fireplace & Smart TV.
The master bedroom has a King bed, Twin sized trundle bed and an 43" LED ROKU TV.
★ PETS★
✓ 3 Dogs Maximum. Pets are welcome, subject to an applicable pet fee (Current pet fee is $175 per pet for the stay). Cats or any other pet other than dogs are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs must be crated if unattended in the cabin. Guest assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc.
* KITCHEN:

Kitchen consists of refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker. Bring your own ice, kpods, coffee filters and coffee please!
* GAS GRILL:
In the back porch, there is a 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Stainless Steel with Side Burner. Gas connected and ready to use.
Note: Please exercise fire safety while using the gas grill. Please clean it before and after use.
* AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, toilet paper, hand soap . We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra towels/blankets/soap/toilet paper/shampoo/salt/pepper/cooking spray/firewood (if planning to use the firepit) etc.. Also please bring your own laundry detergent as needed for your stay.
Note: This cabin has 3 x 30 Gallon trash bin in bearproof container. In between stay trash clearance can be arranged at an extra cost.

Please note: We offer free Wi-Fi at the cabin, but please note that you're in the mountains and service availability is not guaranteed. Internet providers may occasionally perform maintenance, which can cause temporary interruptions even for longer hours.
If you're planning to do remote work or require a highly reliable connection, we recommend bringing a mobile hotspot or your own backup internet source just in case.
* HotTub - Sit back and soak your cares away in the hot tub on the main level deck.
* Firepit - Cozy up under the stars around our inviting firepit - perfect for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or simply enjoying the crackling warmth of the flames. Comfortable seating, it’s the ideal spot for memorable evenings with family and friends. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own firewood and accessories if they plan to use the firepit.
* WELL WATER: The cabin’s water supply comes from a private well and is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system. It is safe to drink but we suggest bringing bottled water. Although the refrigerator has a water dispenser, we have disconnected it for safety reasons. Guests are welcome to use the ice trays in the freezer and make ice using bottled water if desired.
* POOL access: Enjoy complimentary access to an incredible community pool (less than 10 miles from this cabin) and a fishing pond (catch & release only), during their stay. Pool access is seasonal (May - Sep (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day) ). Timing between 10 AM to 6 PM. Subject to weather conditions.

Note: This cabin has stairs to climb to enter the main level and staircase to reach the game room and upper level bedroom.
Note: Guests are requested to first contact the host if there are issues related to their stay or in the cabin. We will be happy to have them fixed as soon as possible so that guests have a comfortable stay.
Game room has many options where guests can battle it out on the air hockey, arcade machine or pool table then relax and watch TV/Movies.
The main level has four bedrooms, all with LED TV's ; three with a KING bed and the other with a Queen bed. One of the KING bedroom also has a trundle bed with two twin beds
The upper level has 6 TWIN-XL beds next to the game room.
Enjoy a little quiet time on the master bedroom porch of the cabin as you rock in the rockers. Have a family meal sitting in the outdoor deck dining table watching the mountains and scenery. This cabin has it all, a GREAT location, great amenities and and a spacious cabin. You'll love it!

Guest access
There are a few steps to climb to the front door of the cabin. Parking space is spacious for 4 large vans.
Note: Strictly no vehicles of any type are allowed on the lawn.
Other things to note
In a cabin safe neighborhood.
★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Minimum smoke cleaning charges $250 and additional charges as applicable.
Front lawn: The front lawn is reserved strictly for maintenance purposes and is not available for guest use (walking, playing, or other activities).
FIREPLACE: The fireplace will be turned on from October 1 - April 1. No outdoor fires are allowed except for the installed GAS grill on the back deck and the firepit. No unauthorized fires (including candles) are allowed.
* No parties or events allowed
* Maximum 16 guests + 2 additional guests(or as per reservation whichever is less) only.
* Children below the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian who should be part of the reservation.
* The primary person making the booking should be of age 25 or above and should be present at the cabin alongwith other guests throughout the reservation period.
* ID : We require a government-issued ID of the primary guest and full name and age details of all other guests upon booking for insurance and any emergency response purposes.
* Amenities are usually available but can not be guaranteed.*
* Any problem in the cabin, please do not try to fix it yourself. Please inform us and we will send the appropriate technicians to fix the issues.
* ROOF: The roof is with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.
* We subscribe to periodical pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs, raccoons and other wild animals, including bears, spiders, snakes etc. Please practice bear safety guidelines. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car. Watch your children all the time.
* SECURITY CAMERA: There are exterior security cameras on the front porch, facing the main entrance , one facing the driveway and another one facing the back side lawn/road area in place for your protection.
* OTHER SAFETY: Do not lean, sit or hang on the railings. Please watch your children all the time.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer late check-out. Any delayed checkout will be charged at $50 for every 15 minutes of delay.
* The owner is not responsible for any of the Guest’s or other occupant(s) valuables, cash or other property during the rental term or thereafter left at the rental place.
* Any maintenance request such as mid-stay garbage clearance, excess garbage, refill of hot tub etc will be charged extra.
* Ladybugs: From October through the third week of November, it’s ladybug season in the mountains! You may notice them around or even occasionally inside the cabin, as they’re naturally drawn to warmth.
As these seasonal visitors are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for their presence. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy the unique beauty of mountain life!
