The space
Mountain View Lodge was built for groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. It’s clean, bright, and combines modern design with the warmth of a rustic style. Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain and minutes from attractions like Storyland, North Conway Village, and Cranmore Mountain, it's the perfect base for your mountain adventures.
Nestled on a private end lot, guests will revel in the tranquil sounds of a nearby stream and savor mountain views from the yard, living room, and covered porch. Whether you visit in the fall as the leaves are changing into a kaleidoscope of color or during the winter when everything is covered in a blanket of white, the setting is serene, picturesque and relaxing.

On the first floor, guests tend to spend a lot of their time in the great room, where you will find an equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace. Here, you also have access to a covered porch with Adirondack chairs, a favorite morning coffee spot. By the fireplace, a large window has a captivating view of Stanton Mountain. The ambiance is particularly magical during winter snowfall‚ when it’s like being in a snow globe.

ATTITASH MOUNTAIN
We're just a mile from Attitash Mountain. There's free parking at the base of the mountain and across the street, so you can park and walk to the slopes. If parking across the street, be sure to use the underground walkway to safely cross the road. There's overflow parking further down the street with a shuttle every 5-10 minutes.
SPORTS CLUB AMENITIES
All renters will have access to Attitash Sports Club amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, playgrounds, private walking trails to small beaches along the Saco, game rooms, fitness rooms, and more. Access is free for our guests. A keycard is provided at the property. Lost keycards are subject to a $25 replacement fee. Please review the welcome book for additional information.

- No pets (for those with allergies, please note that pets have been in this home in the past)
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 12 people including adults and children
Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
This home is on private septic. To avoid potential issues during your stay, please conserve water, don't flush wet wipes or hygienic products, and don't place oils down sink drains.
