This cozy, modern cedar cabin is nestled in Rhododendron - a perfect getaway for a family or a small group. Right off Hwy 26, seamlessly explore Mt Hood territory & restaurants. It's just 15 min from the ski slopes and a few min walk to Skyway Bar & Grill for live music and tasty BBQ. You can unwind in a private hot tub after adventurous days of exploring along with amenities such as a full kitchen, smart TV, in-unit laundry, and more.

The space
Originally built in 1929 and refurbished over the years, this ~950 sq ft cozy house offers 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a bunk (queen + twin beds), and 1 full bathroom - perfectly suited for a family or group of 5 who's looking for a centrally located home to explore the surrounding area.

Amenities include a private hot tub in the backyard, smart TV, DVD player, in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, board games, fully stocked kitchen, stocked bathroom, spa robes.

There are a few options for heating the house including electric wall heaters in every room, and a mini split which also serves as an A/C unit, and a gas fireplace in the living room (least optimal but provides a nice ambience).

Guest access
The entire house and property, including backyard space and hot tub, is exclusively available to the renter.

Exception: Outdoor shed is not accessible and is locked.

Other things to note
The house is next to hwy 26, making it easily accessible to get in/out of, but traffic can be a bit noisy (especially in the backyard).

To keep dirt at a minimum we ask you to remove your shoes when entering the cabin.

The kitchen is well-stocked with ground coffee, coffee maker, tea, sugar, electric kettle, toaster, popcorn kernels, Brita pitcher for filtered drinking water, cookware (including a large Crockpot, pots, pans, utensils, baking pan), serving dishes and utensils, olive oil, basic seasoning, fridge.

The full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, q-tips, toothpaste, toothpicks, and towels.

Other things to note:
- No burning outdoor fireplaces - no exceptions
- Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted, no outside guests
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
- We're on a septic. Please DO NOT flush anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, and do not drain anything but liquid in the kitchen (no food, oils, or coffee-ground).
- Limited parking: 3 cars max
- No pets allowed
