This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is located in the highly desirable Shore Drive area! It's is in the quiet and beautiful Arbor House community. Enjoy 2 outoor sitting areas including a screened in porch. The community has 1 pool for you to enjoy. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street. The cottage is centrally located near restaurants including Ocean Annie's and Flip flops. The Tanger Outlets are 5 min away. Must be 25 to book. Sorry, no pets or motorcycles. 6 guest maximum.

The space
Our stylish and modern cottage has a queen size bed in each bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa is available in the living room. Our clean and comfortable cottage is beautifully remodeled with brand new furniture and costal décor! Our kitchen is fully stocked so you do not have to worry about a thing! Enjoy two outdoor sitting areas that are furnished with comfortable wicker furniture. One is underneath of the cottage and the other is on the screen in porch. Our cottage includes beach chairs, beach cart, and sand toys for your convenience.

Arbor House is a quiet area and you can easily access the beach in 5 minutes from the Hibben Memorial Park entrance across the street! Restrooms and outdoor showers are available as well. Our community is located second row back from the ocean.

In home essentials include: wireless cell phone chargers in each room, hair dryers in each bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, smart tvs, beach chairs, beach cart, and sand toys.

Myrtle Beach has over 100 golf courses, Tanger Outlets, multiple water parks, Broadway at the Beach, and Barefoot Landing!

Other things to note
Occupancy & Age Requirements:
• Maximum Occupants: 6 individuals. If you bring more than 6 guests, you will be asked to leave.
• Minimum Age: All renters must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Verification: Names and IDs may be requested.

Pets:
• The owners and the HOA do not allow pets for renters.
• There are no pets allowed on the property.
• If the renter is found to have pets on the property, the owner is allowed to terminate the rental agreement, and any Damage Deposit shall be forfeited, and they will be asked to leave the property immediately.
• The renter will also be required to pay the fine along with a deep clean fee.

Parking:
• Allowed Vehicles: Up to 2 vehicles under the house.
• Prohibited Vehicles: No trailers, RVs, motorcycles, scooters, or boats.
• Street Parking: Not permitted.

Linens/Towels:
• Linens and bathing towels are provided for your stay.
• We do not allow you to bring your own.
• We do not provide beach towels therefore, you will need to bring your own beach towels for your stay.

Smoking & Substance Use:
• Prohibited Areas: Indoors, decks, entrances.
• Permitted Area: Under the unit (dispose of cigarette butts properly).
• Illegal Substances: Use results in eviction, law enforcement notification, and fines.

Hello! We are Luke and Michelle and the owner of this gorgeous property on Shore Drive! We live in Pennsylvania but adore and frequently visit the Myrtle Beach area! We are excited to provide you a newly renovated and sparkling clean property to enjoy your vacation! Luke has been coming to Myrtle Beach for golf trips for years! Myrtle Beach has the most pristine golf courses around! Michelle has a love for the ocean and enjoys spending her free time watching and listening to the waves come in while enjoying a good book! Traveling around the world is a passion of ours but spending time at our little piece of heaven in Myrtle Beach is just as enjoyable! Luke works in maintenance and keeps our property in tip top condition! Michelle works in the banking industry and has experience running many businesses including multiple non profits. We want you to enjoy your vacation and will be very responsive to any questions you have!
