Ski, hike or explore Southern Vermont, then soak in the private hot tub, heat up the cedar sauna and settle in by the wood stove. The soaring dome, pool table, PS5, stocked kitchen and pet-friendly setup make it an easy year-round base for couples, families and friends.

The space
Mount Snow Yurt is a private Southern Vermont retreat beside a gentle creek, just four miles from the Mount Snow resort entrance.

It is designed around a simple routine: spend the day outside, then come home to the sauna, hot tub and wood stove.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

The yurt is most comfortable for four guests but can accommodate up to eight.

• Two private bedrooms with queen beds
• Loft sleeping area with a king sleeper sofa and privacy screen
• Sleeper sofa in the living room
• One full bathroom and one half bathroom

INSIDE

The main living space rises beneath the yurt's glass dome and includes comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, coffee machine, snacks and fresh farm eggs.

Entertainment includes a pool table, 75-inch TV, PS5 with four controllers, Sonos speakers, streaming services, board games and books. Starlink WiFi, a workspace and a washer and dryer are provided.

OUTSIDE

The private outdoor area includes:

• Seven-person year-round hot tub
• Cedar barrel sauna
• Creekside setting
• Fire pit and picnic area
• Propane grill
• Archery and cornhole

The hot tub and sauna are private and exclusive to your group.

LOCATION

Mount Snow is four miles away, approximately seven minutes by car. Stratton Mountain, Harriman Reservoir, hiking, restaurants and Southern Vermont towns are also within easy driving distance.

The property is pet friendly, includes a Level 2 EV charger and has no cleaning fee.

Guests have private access to the full yurt, deck, hot tub, sauna and designated outdoor spaces.

Other things to note
WINTER ACCESS

The main road is paved, followed by a gravel driveway. Four-wheel drive, winter tires and snow-ready equipment are strongly recommended during active winter weather.

Weather conditions can change quickly in Vermont. Review the forecast and arrive with an appropriate vehicle.

HOT TUB AND SAUNA

Both amenities are available year-round. A hot tub that has recently been drained and refilled may require additional time to return to full temperature.

Please shower before entering the hot tub, do not use oils or glass, and replace the cover after use. Follow all posted sauna instructions, remain hydrated and limit individual sessions.

PETS

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee.

WILDLIFE AND TRASH

Use the bear-resistant trash enclosure and never leave food or garbage outdoors.

CHILDREN

The property is child friendly but is not childproof. A crib, high chair and changing table are available.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited.
