Easy access from main hwys and central location with only a 5 min drive to the quaint small town with all your basic amenities, or enjoy a 30-40min drive to multiple beaches, wineries, and Silver star Ski hill. This countryside FULL SUITE offers the sweetness of a slower, quiet, small town farm life, while being centrally located to all kinds of city fun. Wonder the yard to meet all the hobby farm animals, sit and enjoy the mountain views, go for a hike, and then dine at the local cidery!

The space
Enter in with easy access from the road, there is lots of parking for all those outdoor toys. Drive right up and park next to your front and patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful sunrises and mountain views. Have an evening dine on the shady patio and play some card games.

With everything entry level, come in with the ease of no stairs through the front door and take off your shoes, hang up your jackets right by the front entry.

You'll walk right into the large cozy living room and dining area with an electric fireplace and TV. This space easily transforms to a separate extra sleeping area if needed.

Go down the short hallway to the master bedroom with a cozy king sized bed.

Walk out into the fully equipped kitchen including extra seating around the bar table which makes a great extra workspace, along with a fully stocked coffee bar, dishwasher, and washer and dryer!

From there you can enter into the 3 piece bathroom to enjoy a warm bath or shower.

Just through the kitchen is a secondary bedroom complete with 2 beds with optional 2 singles or 1 king bed- perfect for the kids, an additional couple, or more friends.

This suite is below the homeowners main home so there is some normal life noise to be expected. It is however well insulated and your space is your own and no interaction is needed with your own separate entry off the front of the home with their main everyday entry off the back deck.

With no lack of space or local attractions, this property is a great option for couples, low key hangout with friends, or a family get away.

We even have a large event space you can rent separately during your stay for those special occasions such as an anniversary, wedding or family reunion! Message for details.

This location makes a great stop to stay as your driving through the Okanagan with close hwy access. Only an easy 4 min drive from the Armstrong Fairgrounds including the famous IPE, and farm markets.
