The space
Our Tiny Home is on of the most sought after cabins in upstate NY!
This is an award winning home that has been featured in DWELL magazine multiple times.
Our spacious tiny home is a true one of a kind nature hospitality experience. Nestled in the midst of lush woods, you'll love our outdoor theatre, pizza oven, hot tub and one of a kind wood burning vintage horse trail cedar SAUNA ( its incredible!). Our tiny home features everything you’d find in a luxury estate but in a tiny energy saving package. Our Wi-Fi is business grade and our hot tub is always on and ready! Our bed is up the stairs in the loft as pictured , mattress is a queen memory foam. We have a cauldron fire pit, mini Weber grill and plenty of Adirondack chair sitting room. Our floor to ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the woods and the nature around you in a completely private landscape with no blinds to obstruct your connection to the elements.

Other things to note
- We provide wood - unfortunately we are in nature and can’t always guarantee the wood will be 100 percent dry even though we do cover it. If you want dry wood there are plenty of places to pick it up on the way to the cabin.
- We have great wifi and cell service but some of our guests want to truly unplug and turn off the wifi, if it is not on when you reach us please refer to the FOLIO guide sent to you in airbnb messages on how to turn it back on.
- If you want to use our sauna you will have to sign the waiver and read the instructions very carefully.
- *Hot Tub DISCLOSURE* Our hot tub is open all year round with some exceptions. If there is snow/ ice/ thunder storm , temps are 36 F and below or winds are 25 mph or higher it will not be safe to use the hot tub. If this is the case , we will be returning your amenity fee.
- we have had some questions about blinds /window coverings. We have floor to ceiling windows because we wanted to connect people to nature. We don’t have blinds or curtains, but we also have zero neighbors or anyone that comes to the Property You are completely immersed in the-elements once you drive on to the property. Our service providers are the only ones that visit ( lawn care , cleaner, hot tub Maintance ) we are happy to schedule them around your visit.
- We provide fire starters
- We don't provide charcoal
- Our hot tub takes 2-4 hours to reach the temp pf 104F
- The nebula projector must be charged and has a 2.5 hour battery life
- The bed is a loft style bed that you have to take the stairs to as pictured
- PLEASE PLEASE do not forget to leave the key in the lock box, if you do forget it is a $75 charge
- Please be honest if you're bringing a pet and make sure they are house trained
- We have a $50 pet fee
- We are locals so if there's anything you want to know about the area please just ask, we have lots of recs.
- Please make sure you close the hot tub after use and keep it closed while its heating up.
- Our fridge is a mini fridge but it does have a freezer and a space for wine.
- Our pizza oven is open 4/15-12/1 . Woul will need to pick up wood chips for it or small pieces of wood ( please see FOLIO video)
