Old stone mill on the river in Luberon Park. 17th century building completely renovated divided into two autonomous and independent cottages of 80 m2 each, which can be connected if necessary. In a bucolic setting near an equestrian center in the countryside, on 1 hectare of land. Very quiet and sunny, 5 minutes from a beautiful perched Provençal village, with country bistro, post office, grocery store... 8 minutes from the village of Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire and its shops.

The space
The tastefully furnished cottage has 2 bedrooms. One is equipped with a 160 bed and the other with two 90 beds that can be converted into one 180 bed. An attic bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink, a mezzanine with sofa bed that can be converted to 140, armchairs, library and small desk. It can accommodate 4-6 people. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer) adjoins the dining room and its large fireplace equipped with a pellet stove, and a laundry room with toilet.
South-facing, not overlooked, valley views. Terrace with pergola, parasol and garden table on 9000 m2 of land. The 7x3 above-ground stone farm pond is a swimming pool that allows swimming from June to September and is shared with the other cottage. On the ground, there's a play structure, slide, swing, and children's playhouse. The river 50 m away is a Natura 2000 area allowing swimming until the beginning of July.
