Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 3br apartment all to you, with all room ensuite.. Internet Connection...ACs, Fans, TV (DSTV), ....(24hrs light, combining Nepa Grid, Solar System( for basic Electronics) and Stanby Generator( On request).We are close to many Restaurants and 25minutes to the international Airport.24hrs ..Private Security Guard.

The space
The property is located very close to several Supermarkets, Mall, Club houses , Cinemas and Restaurants..We are very close to Murtala Muhammed Airport (20-25 mins), which is convenient for people traveling from long distance...Also close to Ikeja on the Mainland..

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire apartment...Please guest should understand that we provide you the services that you paid for and will not manage when it comes to your satisfaction, Everything you need to know as per our policies will be explained in person by the Manager. We always tried our best in most cases, but because of Nigerian factors, emergencies do happened sometimes...Please try and communicate with us first before calling Airbnb..We have been here for a while, It all about your satisfaction..Please communicate ....I am contrained not to mention people that are fast in calling at any slightest situation...Please please this is very important

Other things to note
We provide 24hrs light , Nepa from the grid and 45 KVA Solar System... if there is no light from Nepa, our Solar system will kickin for basic amenities
Please Note...Sometimes Air-conditioning will be rationalize while on Solar System....Kitchen appliances like Microwave/ Water heater, Electric Cooker and Microwave cannot be in use at this time....We have a standby Generator for emergencies.
