The property is located very close to several Supermarket, Mall, Club houses , Cinemas and Restaurants..We are very close to Murtala Muhammed Airport (20-25 mins) which is a convenience for people traveling from long distance

We provide 24hrs light , Nepa from the grid and 30 KVA Solar System... if there is no light from Nepa, our Solar system will kickin for basic amenities.
Please Note..Air-conditioning will be rationalize ....Kitchen appliances like Microwave/ Water heater, Electric Cooker and Microwave cannot be in use at this time....We have a standby Generator for emergencies.
Internet connection is for basic office use, video calls and not for streaming videos as we provide Gotv for your movies......Thanks
