This stylish apartment has been recently renovated to provide a beautiful, comfortable and practical space. Located on the sunny side of Morzine, the apartment looks across the valley to the Pleney ski slopes. The large balcony gets sun all day, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The apartment is light and bright with a fully equipped Kitchen. We cater for winter and summer enthusiasts alike and the secure private garage comes with bike, ski and snowboard racks for your sole usage.
The space
The apartment has 1.5 bedrooms and will sleep between 4 and 5 people (1 double, 2 bunks, 1 sofa-bed).Â
​The front door enters into the kitchen area with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The lounge consists of a sofa, breakfast table and chairs and a flat screen TV with English and French channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The doors open onto a South Facing balcony which gets the sun all day, complete with table and chairs. A large cupboard next to the front door will store all of your outdoor clothing.
​There is a bunk room just off the hallway. The bunks are full size singles (190x90cm) with ample storage underneath for all of your belongings. A curtain offers privacy from the hallway. Carry on down the hallway and you will find the double bedroom with ample storage. The modern shower room consists of a shower enclosure, sink and cabinet, and a washing machine.
All of our beds have proper pocket sprung mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedsheets.
There are digitally controlled radiators in the lounge, bedroom and bunk room, and a towel radiator with additional drying racks in the bathroom. A boot dryer can be provided if requested.
​The property also comes with the use of a parking space (standard size vehicles only, no large vans or camper vans) and full size garage. In the garage are bike racks, wall anchors and 12mm chains with heavy duty padlocks so you can lock your bikes securely. Ski/Snowboard racks also.
Please note that we are not in the centre of Morzine, but a 3 minute drive up the Route d'Avoriaz. You can see from the pictures that we overlook the town centre. The short journey is a small price to pay for the stunning panoramic mountain views across the valley. If you have really small children or don't fancy a 20 minute walk, then we would recommend a car or the bus.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the whole apartment and garage.
Other things to note
It is really important to me that guests enjoy their stay and leave having had a perfect holiday. The apartment contains everything you should need to have a wonderful stay :) There are a couple of things that I like to make sure guests are aware of before they book:
Firstly, the apartment is not in the town centre. It is a short drive (or free winter bus) into town, or a 20 minute walk. I would recommend a car if a regular walk does not appeal to you.
The other point is that the bunk room is separated from the hallway by a curtain, it is not a separate bedroom. The bunks are full size single beds though, and very comfortable indeed.
The separate bedroom is a double.
The sofa-bed is extremely comfortable and has a 18-inch memory foam mattress
