-Only Light cooking allowed (Do not cook or fry smelly food like dried Fish or squid this creates a massive odour problem inside the unit and other residents. You will be charged extra for cleaning services at P2,000.)
-Minimize noise (be mindful of neighbors)
-No pets allowed
-STRICTLY NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit.
-Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to use the facilities. (Pool and Gym)
-Always lock the unit door and turn off all appliances when leaving the condo unit.
-NO CANCELLATION. PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
PARKING:
There is NO available parking slot. If you choose to bring a vehicle, you will be responsible for finding your own parking spot. the nearest parking building is at Ayala Mall Feliz (10-12mins walk). Our place is commuter friendly so we highly suggest to just commute or book a Grab/taxi.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS:
1. Registered Guests only: Only guests who have registered are allowed access to the unit and premises. Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in.
2. Identity Verification: Valid IDs are required as part of the building’s security protocol upon booking and during check-in.
3. Payment: Full Payment is required to be given after registration before self check-in in the unit.
4. Security deposit: A security deposit of Php 1,000 is required given along with your full payment after registration before checking in. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out, provided no damages (including stains on sofa, etc.) are found after unit inspection.
5. Damages: Registered guests are responsible for any damages or lost items in the unit, whether accidental or intentional, and will be charged accordingly.
6. Keys: Keep your unit key with you at all times. A replacement fee applies for lost keys.
7. No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is strictly prohibited. There is a designated smoking area downstairs. Penalty is 10,000 pesos under Executive Order No 26. There will be no verbal or first warnings.
