The space
Moon Estate is a private 5,000m² coastal estate, not a cabaña or shared rental. Two fully equipped architect-designed houses on one gated property, with two private pools, two covered quinchos, two full kitchens and parking for 10 or more cars. Ideal for large family reunions, groups of friends, yoga or wellness retreats and private events for 10 to 20 guests. 90 minutes from Santiago, 45 minutes from Viña del Mar and Valparaíso. Gated community with 24-hour security, Starlink WiFi, solar power and clean well water. A unique circular garden bench built around Mireya's planting garden sits at the heart of the estate, where hummingbirds visit every day. It is the perfect spot to have morning coffee, read or simply watch the garden come alive around you. Yoga and wellness retreats: Moon Estate has hosted multiple retreats. Our co-host Mireya is a certified yoga teacher. The fire pit, two pools, 5,000m² of gardens and open air spaces are ideal for practice and meditation. For groups up to 20 the Blue Moon room can be added, a private bedroom with 2 double beds and full bathroom. Message us after booking to coordinate.

ENGLISH
🏡 Little Moon House and the Blue Moon. Little Moon House has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 6 guests. For groups of up to 10 the Blue Moon can be added, a private room with 2 double beds and its own full bathroom, available for a fixed additional fee. Message us after booking to arrange.
🔐 Arrival and registration. All guests and pets must be included in your reservation before arrival. All vehicles must be registered on arrival.
🛏️ Linen and towels. Bed linen is included for all guests. Please bring your own towels.
🏊 Pool. The pool is fully fenced safe for children.
🧺 Laundry. A shared washing machine and dryer are available on the property, ideal for longer stays.
💧 Drinking water. The property has its own 95 metre deep well with clean drinking water straight from the tap. Shops are 2 minutes by car.
🌐 WiFi. Starlink throughout the property. Password on the router.
🗑️ Rubbish. Bins are at the entrance of the condominium.
🌿 House rules. Quiet hours after 22:00. No undeclared visitors. No smoking anywhere on the property.
