This unique private two bedroom/ two bathroom condo has a private balcony with stunning bay views. It is located in a quiet and private residential area. It takes only a 5 min drive to reach Philipsburg, cruise ship terminal and Great Bay Beach. Easy access to supermarket, gas station, shops and restaurants. Only 20 min drive to the world famous Orient Beach and Le Galion - the surfer paradise.

The space
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sits on top the hill and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the Point Blanche Bay and Great Bay. It sits in a premier quiet residential community while still close to the bustling Philipsburg.

The top floor has the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The living area includes a comfy couch, coffee table, TV with cable and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
The dining area includes a dining table that seats four.
There is direct access to the balcony overlooking Saint Barth, Great Bay from the living area through two large French glass double doors.
