~All King Size Beds, Room and Board Luxury Serene Foam and Coil Hybrid Mattresses, Brooklinen sheets, shades + drapes, high quality towels, soaps and furnishings. Two WFH (home office) spaces provided in the Primary bedroom and in a Secondary bedroom with comfortable chairs.

~Samsung Smart TV's in the great room and in the Primary bedroom. Streaming ready and YouTubeTV provided.

~The fully stocked kitchen includes all the appliances you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, Moccamaster coffee maker, Nespresso original line, high quality indoor and outdoor dining needs.

~The open concept Kitchen/Dining/Living room area will keep your group together while preparing meals and entertaining. You'll have ample space on the large, comfortable sectional sofa and the cozy gas fireplace to warm the room. There is a Smart TV for entertainment that is streaming ready and complete with YouTubeTV to provide basic viewing options and local channels.

~Outside you will be in awe of the beautiful dining table among the olive trees and under the cafe lighting. Dining for 8 people with a quality Weber grill for BBQ meals just steps from the great room through the sliding doors.

~The gas fire-pit is next to the outdoor dining area with 6 Adirondack chairs to seat all your guests.

~The all new pool and spa will keep you cool/warm on sunny days and starlit nights. We have 6 sun loungers and ample umbrellas to cover your needs. The pool can be heated for a nominal fee and spa heat is always included with your rental.

~You'll find multiple outdoor seating areas with comfortable seating and enough to seating to have the group together or to separate and spend time in different, smaller groups. This property is well thought out and a true oasis in the city.

~All New in December 2024. Completely remodeled with new pool/spa, and a complete outdoor and indoor remodel.

There are 2 covered parking spaces (under the carport) and 2 additional spaces in the driveway. 3 cars are allowed per Palm Springs ordinance.

A Few Things to Note:

The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

Up to 2 dogs under 25 lbs. are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per stay.

This is a no smoking rental.

We can only accept reservations from those with 5 star feedback from Airbnb hosts.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however, we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present a copy of your ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
