The house is newly built on 2,500 m2 of land, in the smallest details, with care and designed for a stay free from everyday worries. With coconut, fruits and cashew trees, vegetables greenhouse, outdoor area with pool, barbecue and everything to live beautiful moments.

The space
Street close to the center, our house preserves tranquility and proximity to nature, the main proposal of Atins.
Wide terrain, the exterior of the house is ideal for living in contact with nature with refinement and comfort. You can count on a balcony, an outdoor shower with complete privacy and a swimming pool to cool your way back from the beach.
Very fresh house, with cross ventilation and double height ceilings. The house has two bedrooms and accommodates 6 people in a super comfortable way, both rooms with individual balconies.
Mosquito nets available on all beds and excellent quality bedding and towels. Everyone will have a comfortable space to accommodate their personal items. The house also has a security safe for your valuables to be protected.
If you enjoy cooking, wood oven/wood burning stove and barbecue grill, with a vegetable greenhouse to inspire (and color) your food. Social bathroom in the garden for you and your guests. Inside, fully equipped kitchen with central island, integrated with the living room to explore your gastronomic creativity with your guests.

Vegetable green house and fruits? We have!!!
Graviola, cashew, lemon, passion fruit, jabuticaba, Ata / Pinha / Conde fruit, coconut (green or dry) ... Depending on the season, you will be presented with many fruits during your stay.
Our vegetable green house is constantly renewed, so feel free to consult what we have during your stay.
Pets are welcome outside the house. It is completely walled, which allows your pet to be loose on the ground. Inside the house it's essential to double your attention for the preservation of the house if your Pet is going to stay inside. They are not allowed on sofas or beds.
Our water is undoubtedly one of the best in Atins. It is crystal clear and clean. Even so, all the water in the village is brackish and can have an odor to the salts of the land. There is the possibility to filter the water itself in the clay filter or, if you prefer, we have a support structure for mineral water, which can be easily found in the village for sale.
For those who come to Atins to escape the isolation of the big city, but continue their work, we have the best WiFi for the home office of the village.
We have air conditioning in both rooms, despite our belief that it's possible to have an excellent stay with natural cross ventilation and fans available in both rooms.

Atins is a small town and it's possible to solve everything within a short walk from the house.
Our street is calm and quiet, close to everything you need: you reach the center - market, fruit shop, health post and police post in 3 minutes; to the main restaurants on the main street in 5 minutes and; 10-minute walk to Atins beach or to the igarapé (freshwater river) suitable for bathing. If you are a trecking fan, you can enter the park and come across the first dunes in just 30 minutes.
