Welcome to this very well arranged studio, for maximum space saving, ideal for your stays in Montrichard.
Located in an old senior residence with the Remarkable Contemporary Architecture label from the Ministry of Culture (Le Corbusier style construction), this accommodation is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.
There you will find:
An entrance with kitchen corridor, fully equipped to prepare your meals as at home (dishes for 4, raclette service, oven combined with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, coffee, tea, sugar...).
A bright living room with a seating area arranged on a platform including a sofa bed for two people.
An extra bed sliding under the platform, for maximum space saving, accommodating two more people. In a few seconds, the retractable bed is stored with great ease, for your comfort and the preservation of a pleasant living space.
A baby cot for babies.
A bathroom with integrated toilet.
A pleasant terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. A practical piece of furniture is available to store your empty suitcases, in order to keep the interior of the studio free and comfortable.

To help you make the most of your stay and explore the surrounding area at your leisure, two bicycles are available to you directly on site.
Our bikes:
Bike with gears (b_Fold 7 model): €10/day
Single-speed bike (b_Fold 3 model): €7/day
Duo offer: €15/day for both bikes
Bicycles are easily accessible thanks to a secure key box.
Lease terms & conditions:
Rental valid for the entire duration of the stay
Payment to be made in advance (before the code is sent) via Wero.
A security deposit of €50 per bike is required.
Use under the responsibility of guests.

Guest access
You can enjoy the entire place except the entrance area: the closet at the top is locked with a latch and padlock, not intended for guests.
Please do not force this padlock, this part remains private.
