South west of France (Landes), 20 minutes from Hossegor, it is a new (built in 2021) summer holidays house in a quiet place, from a few steps from the Moliets international golf course and from the ocean beaches. Shops are around, this is a separate house with no noise. Private pool from june to september.

The space
The sheets and towels are not included for the renting outside the summer period (july and august) : it is proposed optionnaly at the real cost (depending on the number of days and persons - it is provided by a company). in july:august, the towels and sheets are not included if the house is booked just before the arrival, the last minute price is adapted.

Details about the 5th person : it can't be only a child (less than 12 years), the bed is a temporary bed (can be placed in the bedroom with single beds).

Indoor : main room with an open kitchen well equipped (disher machine, espresso..), 2 bedrooms with hotel quality beds (one queen size and 2 single beds), shower, washing machine, separated WC, air conditioner in the main room, French TV. WIFI 4G to be used smoothly...

Outdoor : panoramic view, local wooden terrace, plancha (barbecue are forbidden in the area), modern deckchairs and garden lounge, the pool is secured with an alarm, from june to september

2 car parks, one is just in front of the house.
