The space
THE LOCATION – Secluded enough for you to relax, but close enough to the main attractions of Broken Bow & Hochatown. We are located just 15 minutes from Beaver's Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the new Choctaw Casino. Within 5 minutes you'll find the newest and hottest market: Local 259 for all your ready made meals, groceries, and last minute necessities. The market features outdoor play, hangout area with picnic tables, food truck vendors, accompanied by boutique shops. 10 minutes into town you'll find attractions such as the zoo, local wineries & breweries to gourmet restaurants, hiking trails and fun outdoor adventures. Or stay in the entire weekend, relax, sit back on the deck while gazing at the stars and then watch the deers go by in the morning.
THE DESIGN – A-frame cabin with soaring ceiling that is meticulously and thoughtfully designed, sleek and luxurious, yet cozy incorporating a nordic style with a ton of natural light, an open space that makes you feel relaxed and connected with the beautiful and scenic landscape of the outdoors. Built with nature in mind, we encourage living simply and minimally.
THE SPACE – Mokahaus is the ideal stay for couples, solo travelers, and small families. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cabin sleeps 2-4. Sofa sleeper is available to accommodate additional guests. Front cabin windows are tinted for daytime privacy.
THE BEDROOM – Spacious master suite features a king sized Birch Helix mattress, organic bedding and linens, and comfortable hotel plush pillows all to guarantee amazing sleep. Also equipped with workspace desk and a 58" ROKU 4K TV.
THE MASTER BATH – Zen inspired spa like setting for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation or after a long day of hiking and exploration. Free standing soaker tub overlooks the maple and pine trees, combined with a glass enclosed shower. In-ceiling bathroom speakers will provide the full- on spa experience. soft waffle bathrobes, plush towels, all natural hair and body care from Public Goods are provided for use throughout your stay.
THE KITCHEN – No room service; just a fully equipped kitchen with modern cookware, professional knife set, and bakeware ready for those delicious meals staying in. Provided spices from Public Goods, olive oil, and all the gadgets you'll need to cook up amazing meals: Crock Pot, griddle, pots and pans, fridge, SMEG toaster, waffle maker, blender and much more.
THE COFFEE + TEA BAR – stocked and designed to unleash your inner barista. From bean to cup, we proudly introduce our super-automatic Terra Kaffe espresso machine - enjoy and elevate your brewing experience to another level. Other fun gadgets include FELLOW tea kettle and FELLOW coffee grinder.
We offer a tasteful selection of organic teas from Equal Exchange, freshly roasted coffee beans provided from Oklahoma's EÔTÉ Coffee, as well as brown sugar sweetener. (No creamer/dairy provided)
THE LAUNDRY – keep laundry clean and fresh in the great outdoors. You'll find a brand new LG washer and dryer available for use with hypo-allergenic laundry detergent pods provided from Public Goods.
THE ENTERTAINMENT – Log into your favorite streaming channels on the ROKU 58'' Smart TV.
Take your pick of card games, board games, or read some interesting architecture and travel literature.
Tune into the ritual of listening to music with the 1byOne turntable. We offer a finely curated selection of vinyl records so set the record on deck, press play, and don't miss a beat.
Bluetooth speakers are also available in the living room and outdoor back deck areas. These can be paired with your phone or bluetooth device to set the mood you desire.
THE WIFI – Enjoy the highest and fastest speed level internet for streaming, work or e-learning. 200mbps wi-fi internet connection indoor and out.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE – Charge your electric car with our EV port 50A NEMA 14-50R 25Ov (charger not provided).
THE PARKING – The driveway is long (and circular) enough for boat parking if you're looking to spend a little time on Broken Bow Lake.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS – The hot tub is perfectly warm upon arrival and seats up to 4 for relaxing after a long day of adventures. Delicate OEKO-TEX® certified waffle towels are provided for tub use.
Relax on the back deck with endless views of the forest or cozy up by the fireplace (seasonal) with TV.
Play a round or two of corn-hole, grill some flavorful food on the BBQ, and roast s'mores by the fire pit (firewood is provided). Enjoy all the endless options of the great outdoors living your best cabin life.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, minus the owner's lockout storage cabinet and closets.
Early check-in and extended check-out times may be available, providing we do not have other guests checking in or out within 24 hours of your arrival or departure.
Guests will receive a keycode prior to arrival. This keycode is auto generated and will be inactive immediately at check-out time. Keycode is changed after every guest for safety and security.
Other things to note
Please respect our home and surrounding property.
House Rules:
- Check out 11:00am / Check in 4:00pm, daily.
- No parties.
- Pet Free. Absolutely No Pets. No Exceptions.
- NO SMOKING.
- No shoes inside the cabin. Please remove shoes at entry.
- The use of our mailing address is strictly forbidden.
- Departure instructions will be sent one day prior to check-out.
- See rental agreement for additional rules and disclosures. Rental agreement must be signed 48 hours prior to access.
- Just be awesome.
Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are shut off during the months May-October.
Our property is on a septic system, so it's essential that you limit your use of water by spacing out short showers, not leaving the tap running and flushing only toilet paper down the toilets. Do not put bacon fat or any other grease down the sink.
Supplied consumables - organic fresh coffee beans, organic tea bags (3 flavors) from Equal Exchange, sugar, salt and pepper, herbs and spices, cooking oil.
Providing safe, clean and sanitized environments for our guests and team members is always a priority for us. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you visit our property.
Use of Security Cameras: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outdoor security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our pet-free and no-parties policies are being adhered to. There are no cameras inside of the cabin.
Even though the setting is rural, on-call security is available and will be notified if guests violate any rules.
Due to our forest location, there is a chance that guests will encounter some
type of wildlife, snakes, insects, or stray animals.
