This home is in a quiet area.
A light and airy two bedroom apartment with double sliding doors from the living area leading out on to a large terrace with a spacious seating area and outdoor dining table, overlooking the pools and communal gardens with a sea view. The large balcony area can also be accessed from the twin bedroom.

The apartment is a well equipped home from home, with all the amenities you need to have a lovely relaxing stay during your time here, with several beaches and amenities only a 5 minute walk away.

The space
This wonderful apartment has sea views and over looks the beautifully maintained pools and gardens and is only a 5 minute walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king and 1 twin, a 4 piece bathroom (bath with shower over and separate shower cubicle making it easier with children), kitchen with open plan access to the living dining area with double doors and 2 large windows bringing lots of natural light which open onto the large balcony with space to dine, lounge and sunbathe.

Guest access
Guests have access to the communal swimming pools and the on site tennis court. There is plenty of free parking available onsite.

Other things to note
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor accessed via a lift.

The apartment is situated on a quiet and well maintained complex, just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

You can stroll along the wide promenade in either direction along the lovely beaches of Playa Cueva del Lobo, Playa de las Ventanicas and Mojacar Playa to name a few and past more many more bars, shops and restaurants.
