📹 Security Cameras: For safety, cameras are installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $500 fine.

⏰ Late Check-Out Fee: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $300 or 20% of the total reservation cost, whichever is greater.

🛠️ Scheduled Maintenance:
Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Tuesday. They do not need access to the home, only the garage which is not accessible via the house and is reserved for maintenance and owners storage only.
Trash collection: The trash company collects garbage every Tuesday morning or sometimes Wednesday.
