We’re excited to welcome you and your family! To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival, please review the details below.
Before Check-In (Guest Registration)
For everyone’s safety and security, Azure requires all guests to be pre-registered.
The Primary Guest must send:
Complete names of all staying guests
Valid government-issued ID
(Kindly submit at least 2 days before check-in to avoid delays.)
Once approved by the Azure Property Management System (APMS), we will send you a confirmed QR Code via Airbnb Messenger.
Please save the QR code on your phone and present it upon arrival.
Arrival & Entry Process
Upon arrival:
Present your saved QR Code and valid ID at Azure Gate 2 Security.
Proceed to Maui Tower Ground Floor for initial verification.
Go up to the 2nd Floor Concierge Lobby for final document verification and visitor’s ID exchange.
Our friendly Unit Representative will be waiting at the Maui Lobby to personally assist you and your family during check-in.

RE-BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Flexible Cancellation
We understand that plans may change.
Guests are entitled to a FULL REFUND if cancellation is made at least one (1) day before the check-in date.
Guest Capacity Policy
For everyone’s comfort and safety:
Maximum of six (6) registered guests only
Please do not use Instant Book if your group exceeds 6 persons
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit and use the amenities
One (1) child under 3 ft in height enjoys free swimming access
Additional swimming fee:
Php 250 per person per shift, payable directly at the pool concierge.

AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 NN
PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
The man-made beach wave pool is closed every Monday for routine maintenance and cleaning.
Proper Swim Attire
Appropriate swimwear includes:
Bathing suits
Swim trunks
Board shorts
Dri-fit swimwear
Locker Key Policy
Please take care of the locker keys.
Keys must be returned:
On or before 12:00 NN (AM shift)
On or before 7:00 PM (PM shift)
Failure to return locker keys will result in a Php 1,500 penalty, which will be charged to the guest’s account.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
During your stay at Azure Urban Resort, all guests must follow the official house rules and regulations of AURR.
Guests are required to book at least 2–3 days prior to arrival to allow processing of the APMS booking confirmation.
Airbnb rates cover unit rental only and do not include swimming fees.
Due to strict Azure regulations, the final guest list must be submitted 2–3 days before check-in.
Last-minute or same-day guest changes will not be accommodated.
