The property features 3 bathrooms and is just a 2-minute walk from Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, and Grand Hyatt Hotel. Lander's Supermarket is in the same building. Xylo Famous Super Club is merely a 2-minute stroll away, and St. Luke's BGC and High Street are about 10 minutes away.

Bedroom 1: Corner unit with a king bed, air conditioning, extra mattress, toilet and bathtub, work desk, and a two-sided city view. Bluetooth speaker.

Bedroom 2: Sleeps 3–4 with a king bed, air conditioning, and an extra mattress. Bluetooth speaker.

Bedroom 3: Maid’s room converted into a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed and a small bathroom (hot and cold shower). No air conditioning fan only. But if you leave the door open the ac from the living area will make the room cool.

Important reminders
Elevator delays can occur during check-in and peak times; otherwise, elevators run smoothly.
For luggage: use Landers Supermarket (ramp available). The drop-off in front of Tower 2 has stairs and no ramp.
Landers and Uptown Parksuites are in the same building; the path to Tower 2 is beside Landers. A lobby cart is available in Tower 2 for luggage.

Early check-in: We can offer early check-in only if there are no guests staying before you. The first 2 hours are free; after that, there is a charge of 1,000 per hour.

*Late check-out: We can accommodate late check-out only if there are no guests arriving after your stay. Availability for both early check-in and late check-out can be confirmed on the day of your check-in or check-out.

The pool is open to Airbnb guests from Tuesday to Friday. You can have up to 3 guests use it for free; additional guests are PHP 300/head.
