welcome to the Modern Architect house, well suited for family get-together or a business meeting, with capacity to sleep 14 in the main house and upto 9 in the Annexe house. Large with double height ceilings and open Salon is designed to have a large family to have meal together or it could be used for conference/small group business meetings. There is mid size billiards, table tennis and Spa for relaxation. outside the terrace has barbecue and space for relaxing and enjoy the nature.

The space
we can also offer pick up for upto 8 guests if pre agreed. we also offer an 9 seater all electric van, 75kwh for rent to our guests, it can do 340 km. it is Peugot e expert 9 seater.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
Air conditioning is fixed in the Salon only and does help in cooling the whole house.
we empty the Hot tub after every check out for hygiene reasons post Covid, however if you want water to be left filled do inform us in advance of your visit. It does take time for water to heat up as Jacuzzi is outside and heating up takes time, so please plan accordingly.
