Our newly remolded 1 bedroom duplex is in a central location of Texarkana and near shopping areas, restaurants, and hospitals. The space is ideal for long and short-term stays providing a secondary private room, convenient parking, large private fenced backyard/patio, and pet friendly!

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware for simple meals and a Keurig for coffee in the mornings. A washer and dryer is located in the unit with a large laundry bin for additional convenience.
