With a walk out patio and large windows overlooking the picturesque Waskasoo Reserve, don't be surprised if you get a visit from some friendly wildlife. It being across the street from the Red Deer Regional Hospital, close to downtown, the Casino, Red Deer Polytechnic, The Centrium, shopping, restaurants and major highways; make it not only a prime location, but it's peaceful and serene. Your perfect urban retreat.

The space
This open concept suite has just been fully updated with all modern finishes. It has a walk out patio and large picture windows featuring stunning views from every room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything one would need - pots, pans, dishes, instant pot, blender, toaster, utensils, coffee pot, electric kettle, oil, a good variety of spices, teas and coffees (single serve coffee or enjoy a pot) and more.

There is in-suite laundry, a portable air conditioner in the main space during the warmer months, ceiling fans in both bedrooms with remote controls, a gas fireplace, two Roku TV's, black out curtains, and a selection of board games for guests to enjoy. Guests have access to one heated underground parking stall and extra free parking outside the front doors.

Not only can one enjoy many nearby trails but it is minutes away from the Servus Arena, The Dome, Westerner Park and The Centrium for events, the casino and event centre, south end shopping and restaurants. Perhaps you want to stay in, guests can enjoy a great selection of board games inside or enjoy the patio space.

This condo is perfect for longer stays and working medical professionals as it is directly across the street from the hospital. Please reach out for special discounts if interested in a longer stay.

Other things to note
Embrace the beauty of the location as it brings the possibility of encountering wildlife such as deer, but with that, the occasional bug. Please be aware that as the suite is on the ground level and sits at the edge of a forest, that if the door and windows are left open, these curious critters might find their way inside. To minimize any unexpected guests, we recommend keeping the patio door closed to ensure a pleasant and pest-free stay.

Important Entry Note:

Please remember to take the small gray key fob with you whenever you leave through the front doors, as they lock automatically and you'll need the fob to get back in.

If you forget the fob, don’t worry! You have a couple of options:

Walk around to the back of the building and locate the third patio door. You’ll see the same black keypad lock—use your personal entry code to get in.

Alternatively, you can use the call system at the front doors, which will ring us directly, and we can buzz you back in.
